Puntia — Card Score Keeper

Puntia does not collect any information from you. Specifically:

• No personal information. Puntia does not require an account, email address, name, or any form of registration.
• No usage analytics. We do not track how you use the app, which games you play, which features you access, or how often you open it. There is no anonymized telemetry of any kind.
• No advertising. Puntia contains no ads and integrates no advertising SDKs or trackers.
• No device identifiers. We do not collect your device ID, advertising identifier, IP address, or any other fingerprinting information.
• No crash reports. We do not use third-party crash-reporting services. No diagnostic data is sent from the app.

Puntia stores the following data locally on your device, within the app's private sandbox. This data is only accessible to Puntia and is never transmitted to us.

• Players. The names you enter for the people at your table.
• Games and rounds. Your matches, scores, standings, and history for each game you keep score in.
• Custom games. Any game rules or variants you define yourself.
• Settings. Your preferences such as appearance (light/dark/system), language, and per-game rule settings.

You can delete this data at any time from inside the app, or remove it all by uninstalling Puntia from your device.

If you are signed in to iCloud and have iCloud enabled for Puntia, your players, games, and scores sync across your own Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your private iCloud database, under your own Apple Account.

We cannot see or access this data. Pixel Management operates no server and has no way to read what is stored in your private iCloud. Apple handles the sync and storage; Apple's privacy policy applies to how iCloud stores your data.

iCloud sync is optional. You can turn it off in your device's Settings, and Puntia will continue to work fully with your data kept only on that device.

Puntia offers a single one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full version. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

Purchases and restores are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Puntia never sees your payment details. We receive only the confirmation from Apple that the purchase is valid, which the app uses on-device to unlock the paid features. Apple's privacy policy applies to the transaction.

Puntia does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. No Firebase, Sentry, Mixpanel, AdMob, or similar service is present in the app.

The only external services Puntia relies on are Apple's own platform services: iCloud (for optional sync) and the App Store (for the one-time purchase). Neither receives an account identifier from us, because Puntia has no user accounts of its own.

Puntia does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected by us, the app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations by design.

Since all data is stored on your device and, optionally, in your own iCloud, you control it completely:

• You can delete individual players, games, and history from within the app.
• You can delete all app data from the app's settings.
• You can delete all local data by uninstalling Puntia from your device.
• You can remove synced data from iCloud in your device's Settings under your Apple Account.

There is no server-side data for us to delete, because no data is ever sent to a server we operate.

Puntia does not collect or transfer any personal data, so no cross- border transfer of data by us takes place. Your data stays on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud account managed by Apple. No provisions of the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws regarding data transfers by us apply, because we do not collect or process any personal data.

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Because Puntia does not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
